Special Announcement

ImmuBiome confirms that all of its products are legal under the drug and medication rules of the United States Equestrian Federation, United States Dressage Federation, the Fédération Équestre Internationale, and other equestrian governing bodies.

Very recently, there has been some confusion among a limited number of members of the public regarding bovine colostrum, an ingredient in several ImmuBiome products.

The Facts

• ImmuBiome’s products were subject to rigorous review and testing before introduction into the market.
• Over the past eight years, more than 40,000 competitors, including Olympians and FEI riders subject to testing, have used ImmuBiome products, with zero positive tests for banned or prohibited substances.
• During the same eight years, there have been zero (0) positive tests for any banned or prohibited substances found in any ImmuBiome product.

Bovine Colostrum

• Some ImmuBiome products contain unadulterated bovine colostrum, but ImmuBiome does not add any ingredients to the colostrum.
• The ingestion of bovine colostrum in ImmuBiome products does not lead to impermissible amounts of alpha-casozepine.
• Bovine colostrum contains small and varying amounts of milk protein, the digestion and metabolic use of which can produce minuscule, trace amounts of alpha-casozepine.
• To date, none of the 40,000 riders using ImmuBiome products has tested positive for a prohibited or banned substance that was found to have come from ImmuBiome products.

Unfortunately, in this internet era, confusion and misunderstanding can easily proliferate into unsupported statements. Should you have any question or concern regarding the safety or contents of ImmuBiome’s products, for a prompt response, please contact ImmuBiome at hello@immubiome.com.

No, we never use sweeteners.

We keep our formulas free of sugars, molasses, and fillers. Research suggests high-sugar feeds can contribute to inflammation and spikes in insulin, so every tub is focused on active ingredients instead.

At ImmuBiome, quality is our top priority. As fellow horse enthusiasts, we believe that our cherished equine partners and athletes deserve the best possible quality of life. We are committed to ensuring their health and well-being, and we take pride in making a positive impact across the industry. Our dedication to quality begins with the development of our formulas, using only the highest quality, most bioavailable raw ingredients to create safe and effective products. Each batch is independently tested for potency, purity, and contaminants, ensuring the highest standards for our equine companions.

Colostrum offers benefits beyond a typical protein supplement. While both colostrum and whey protein can help build lean muscle, colostrum also brings immune and specialized proteins that whey does not. Bovine colostrum is considered one of the world's great superfoods: it supports immune function in the gut, normal tissue maintenance, a healthy gut lining, and lean muscle growth. We responsibly source human-grade, bio-active, cold-pressed colostrum to ensure the highest quality for our four-legged athletes.

Many owners of easy keepers and horses needing metabolic support start with ImmuBiome Lean Muscle. It is high in colostrum, which supports blood sugar levels already within the normal range and lean muscle development, and it contains no added sugars. If your horse has a diagnosed metabolic condition, work with your veterinarian on diet and management.

Yes, ImmuBiome products can be safely fed alongside other supplements. However, because our formulas are packed with superfood ingredients, they already provide highly bioavailable nutrition. Beyond a quality electrolyte like sea salt or Redmond salt and your horse’s regular feed, our supplements are designed to comprehensively support your horse’s overall health.

Most horses are drawn to ImmuBiome due to its sweet aroma, but for picky eaters, we recommend a gradual introduction. Start with a small amount mixed well into moist feed for a few days, then build up gradually to the full label amount.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are standards that ensure products are consistently produced with high quality and safety for their intended use. If a facility does not comply with GMPs, its products may be deemed adulterated and unsafe. In the U.S., the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) enforces GMPs for the production and sale of food, beverages, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. The “c” in cGMP stands for "current," indicating that companies must continuously update their practices based on the latest scientific research and industry standards. Maintaining these high standards is our top priority.
