All orders are shipped via UPS from Eden, Idaho.
We are not responsible for delays after package has been accepted by shipping carrier.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 day's if placed before 3PM EST Monday through Friday.
UPS Next Day Air orders are no longer guaranteed Next Business Day per UPS
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday.
If there is a delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email or telephone.
As part of our green commitment, your order will be packed in recycled or biodegradable packaging.

We are not responsible for any import fees such as taxes, custom duties, import fee's assessed by destination country.
